A Case of Malignant Lymphoma, Histiocytic type

Abstract
In malignant lymphoma, histiocytic type(histiocytic lymphoma), the cutaneous lesions consist of nodules of varying size. Clinically and also histologically the lesions resemble those of the tumor stage of mycosis fungoides.
Histological examination shows many transformed lymphocytes. Moderate numbers of atypical hyperchromatic nuclei and of atypical mitoses are present.
A case of histiocytic lymphoma is a 59 years old male patient with cutaneous lesions. The ulcerated and papular erythematous reddish-brown lesions were developed on the right postauricular area and the anterior chest.
Diagnosis was confirmed by the clinical features and histopathological findings.
